1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Thurzt.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.

• You must be legally permitted to use dating services in your country.

• All information provided must be accurate and truthful.

3. Account Security

You may register via Email, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep your login details confidential.

4. User Conduct

• Do: Treat others with respect, communicate honestly, and respect consent.

• Don't: Harass users, upload explicit/non-consensual content, impersonate others, or create fake profiles.

• Moderation: We reserve the right to review reports and ban accounts for violations without notice.

5. Subscriptions (Thurzt Pro / Thurzt+)

• Payments are processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your device settings.

• No refunds are provided except where required by local law.

6. Disclaimer & Liability

Thurzt is a platform for introductions only. We do not guarantee matches or compatibility. You are responsible for your interactions—always meet safely and use good judgment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thurzt is not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
