1. Introduction

Welcome to Thurzt. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Thurzt mobile application and website (“Thurzt”, “we”, “us”).

By creating an account or using Thurzt, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Thurzt.

By using the app, you confirm that:

• You are legally permitted to use dating services in your country

3. Account Registration

To use Thurzt, you must create an account using:

• Email and password, or

• Google Sign-In, or

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and all activity under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Treat other users with respect

• Communicate honestly

• Respect boundaries and consent

You must not:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse others

• Upload non-consensual or explicit content

• Impersonate another person

• Use Thurzt for commercial solicitation

5. Content & Privacy

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By using Thurzt, you grant us a limited license to display your content within the app for matching and communication purposes.

Private photos require explicit permission and can be revoked at any time.

6. Subscriptions & Purchases

Thurzt offers optional paid subscriptions and one-time purchases.

• Payments are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled

• You may manage subscriptions through your device settings

7. Safety & Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Review reports

• Remove content

• Suspend or permanently ban accounts
  
  

Violations may result in warnings, restrictions, or termination without notice.

8. Disclaimer

Thurzt is a platform for introductions only. We do not guarantee matches, compatibility, or outcomes. You are responsible for your interactions and decisions.

Always meet safely and use good judgment.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thurzt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
