How to Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Thurzt account and associated data at any time.

Option 1: In-App

1. Open Thurzt

2. Go to Profile → Settings

3. Select Delete Account

4. Confirm deletion
   
   

Option 2: Email Request

Email support@thurzt.com with:

• Subject: Account Deletion Request

• The email address associated with your Thurzt account
  
  

What Happens Next

• Your account will be permanently deleted

• Your profile, photos, messages, and matches will be removed

• Some data may be retained temporarily if required by law
  
  

Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days.

Important Notes

• Account deletion is irreversible

• Subscriptions must be cancelled separately via your app store
